EU-FarmBook Ambassadors gather in Granollers for third Reflection & Refinement Workshop
Granollers, 21 – 23 April 2026
The EU-FarmBook Ambassadors met in Granollers, Barcelona, from 21 to 23 April for their third Reflection and Refinement workshop, organised in collaboration with the PREMIERE project. Over two and a half days, participants worked across four key areas: technical developments, communication and dissemination, uploading and quality assurance, and feedback.
Sessions focused on strengthening ambassadors’ ability to communicate platform updates, refine the EU-FarmBook value proposition for different audiences, and clarify what Strategic Alliances mean in practice. The group also reviewed uploading targets for the third reporting period and discussed frameworks for collecting and reporting user feedback in a structured way.
A highlight of the event was the PREMIERE Multi-actor Simulation Game, which gave participants a hands-on experience of the multi-actor approach (MAA) and its practical application in Horizon Europe proposal development – a theme that carried through dedicated sessions on consortium building, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation standards.
The workshop strengthened collaboration among ambassadors and equipped them with concrete tools to promote and support the EU-FarmBook within their national and sectoral contexts.
